Spot2Nite announced the winners of its third annual Camping Spotlight Awards, recognizing top-performing campgrounds, RV parks and glamping resorts across the United States and Canada based on booking activity, guest feedback and profile engagement.
The 2026 awards program honors properties in 16 categories designed around traveler preferences, including Best All-Ages RV Resorts, Best Glamping Resorts, Best Family-Friendly Campgrounds and Best Campgrounds Near National Parks. Additional categories recognize regional destinations across New England, the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest, Rocky Mountains, Southwest and Pacific Coast regions.
According to the company, award recipients were selected using a combination of booking volume, guest reviews, park profile engagement and distinguishing features that contributed to their market performance.
The awards also included categories for Best Pet-Friendly Campgrounds, Best Age 55+ RV Resorts and Best Campgrounds Near State Parks and water parks.
Spot2Nite said the awards reflect growing competition among outdoor hospitality operators seeking to increase visibility and bookings through online reservation marketplaces and distribution partnerships.
The company said its platform connects more than 265,000 bookable campsites with more than 69 million outdoor travelers through mobile and web booking applications as well as partnerships with companies and platforms including Camping World, Good Sam, ReserveAmerica, Roadtrippers, Campendium, Outdoorsy and RVshare.
Spot2Nite also said its marketplace integrates with multiple property management systems, including Campspot, Checkfront, ResNexus, RMS Cloud and RoverPass, to provide real-time availability and reservation management for operators.
“Every campground on this list is proof that the right visibility drives real results,” Sam Bruner said. “Spot2Nite exists to give every outdoor property—regardless of size or location—access to the audience and tools they need to grow. We’re proud to celebrate this year’s top performers and excited to welcome more operators into the marketplace.”
