Newbook, a hospitality management solutions company, announced five new integrations, aiming to elevate customer experiences, according to a press release. These latest additions, which include Sage Intacct, Square POS, Revinate, App My Community, and Room Price Genie, enhance Newbook’s already extensive suite of more than 95 integrations.

This development underscores Newbook’s commitment to providing innovative and efficient solutions to its customers and their guests. Newbook has consistently led the market in introducing integrations specifically designed for the outdoor hospitality industry, with notable firsts including RemoteLock, Wild Energy, and Clover POS.

It simplifies how guests manage reservations and charges, providing straightforward access to amenities. During the Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit in November 2023, Blake Collins, Newbook’s chief growth officer, spoke about the changing demands of travelers.
“The lines are blurring between the hotel and outdoor hospitality industry. Guests are beginning to expect service and amenities on par with hotels and resorts, and without the right technology in place, it will become impossible to deliver that next-level experience for our campers,” Collins added.
The new integrations have many benefits. Sage Intacct offers a streamlined approach to accounting processes by enabling the daily synchronization of financial data. Square POS promises to enhance the guest experience by allowing for the easy chargeback of purchases made at the resort’s facilities, with payments being consolidated at the time of check-out.
App My Community aims to improve guest engagement and communication through a dedicated app that provides information on park activities, events, and maps, and includes interactive features like push notifications and scavenger hunts. Revinate is designed to boost marketing efforts through the sophisticated segmentation of guest data and the deployment of targeted email marketing campaigns.
Lastly, RoomPriceGenie introduces an innovative approach to revenue management by leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize pricing strategies based on historical data and competitive analysis.
