Firefly Reservations Partners With Influence Outdoor Hospitality to Boost Campground Bookings and Revenue

Firefly Reservations has partnered with Influence Outdoor Hospitality and integrated its marketing reporting platform SIGNAL to give campground and RV park operators clearer visibility into how digital marketing translates into reservations and revenue, the companies announced Feb. 2.

The partnership aims to address what the companies described as a long-standing gap in campground marketing: reporting that emphasizes clicks and views instead of measurable business outcomes.

The program is designed to connect marketing activity directly to bookings made and revenue tracked, giving park owners a clearer picture of return on investment. The initiative centers on integrating SIGNAL with Firefly Reservations and website tracking.

“Integrating with SIGNAL and working with Influence Outdoor Hospitality gives parks confidence in where they are spending money, by connecting clicks to bookings so they can see, not guess on the investments they make,” Kaitey Vasquez of Firefly Reservations said in a press release.

According to the announcement, the marketing program follows a three-step approach. First, parks connect SIGNAL to Firefly and their website tracking.

Next, they launch a tiered plan based on park size. Finally, performance is reviewed weekly through reservations, revenue and attribution in collaboration with the Influence team.

Every tier includes SIGNAL reporting tied to bookings and revenue, strategy and ongoing optimization, performance creative and audience targeting. The program also includes Pulse+ local SEO services across maps and other key platforms, according to the announcement.

Influence Outdoor Hospitality said the integration is intended to provide campground owners with clearer proof of marketing performance.

“Our partnership with Firefly closes the gap campground owners have dealt with for years—great marketing with no clear proof. By directly tying marketing activity to reservations and revenue inside Firefly, parks finally get a clear receipt for every marketing dollar they spend,” said Josh Richardson, founder and managing partner of Influence Outdoor Hospitality.

Firefly Reservations also said it will select a limited number of parks for a pilot case study program intended to establish benchmarks for the broader Firefly community.

“At Firefly, we are excited to bring this opportunity to our customers, and to help bring new guests to campgrounds ultimately helping to get more people enjoying the outdoors,” Vasquez said.
