The Campground Conference Opens Registration for February 2027 Event in Florida

The New Jersey Campground Owners Association (NJCOA) has opened online registration for The Campground Conference, scheduled for February 25-27, 2027, in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, in the greater Orlando area. The annual event will focus on leadership, growth, and impact, with programming intended to help campground owners, managers, and their teams address business challenges and identify opportunities for development.

Registration forms and event information are available at www.CampgroundConference.com. The conference brings together campground operators affiliated with NJCOA and professionals from other states. Seventeen states were represented at the 2026 conference, reflecting participation beyond the host association’s membership.

Joann Delvescio, the conference coordinator, said organizers are developing a program focused on practical skills and business strategies for outdoor hospitality professionals. “We’re finalizing an agenda with speakers and topics that will help campground owners, managers, and their teams strengthen their skills and navigate industry challenges with success. We intend for attendees walk away with tools to increase profitability, improve guest experiences, and expand their business opportunities”

The agenda may include emerging technology and regulatory topics alongside foundational business practices. DelVescio said organizers are considering subjects such as artificial intelligence (AI) and GMI requirements as they determine which information would be most useful to attendees.

“Will we cover some trending topics, like AI and GMI requirements” muses DelVescio. “We are looking at those and seeing what new information we can possibly bring to the mix. But we’re also looking at fundamental and foundational topics related to the conference theme that attendees can implement and build on when they get back to their home base.”

For campground operators, the planned combination of emerging issues and established management practices could provide opportunities to assess how technology, compliance obligations, staff development, and customer service affect business performance. The final agenda will determine which specific subjects are covered and what resources attendees can bring back to their operations.

The conference will take place at the Wyndham Garden and Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort Disney Springs Resort. Organizers have arranged a room block with conference rates, and attendees can access the lodging reservation link through the event website. The website also provides information about nearby airports for those traveling to Florida.

A trade show is scheduled for Thursday, February 25, 2027, the opening day of the conference. The event will give suppliers an opportunity to connect with campground operators and other attendees. Suppliers interested in exhibiting or sponsoring conference activities can obtain registration forms through the website.

For businesses serving the campground and outdoor hospitality sectors, the trade show may offer a setting to introduce products and services, build industry relationships, and learn about operators’ purchasing priorities. Suppliers seeking participation should consult the conference website for available arrangements and registration details.
