Glamping Show Americas will return Sept. 28-30 at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds in Aurora, Colorado, bringing together outdoor hospitality professionals for a trade show and business conference focused on glamping development, operations and industry networking.
The event is positioned as an annual gathering for the outdoor hospitality sector, offering educational sessions, supplier exhibits and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs, park operators, investors and developers involved in the glamping market.
A key feature of the event will be the GSA Business Conference, scheduled for Sept. 29-30. The conference will focus on business strategies for outdoor hospitality, with sessions covering permitting, financing, marketing and guest experience.
The program will also examine funding opportunities, operational improvements and marketing approaches intended to help operators grow their businesses.
“Whether you’re launching your first site or scaling an established brand, these two days are packed with actionable insights, innovative strategies and real-world solutions tailored to the outdoor hospitality industry,” the event’s announcement indicates.
The exhibition floor will feature more than 160 exhibitors from around the world showcasing products and services for glamping properties. Attendees will have access to suppliers offering accommodations, furnishings, off-grid technology, booking software and wellness amenities.
The event will also provide opportunities for participants to tour glamping structures in person, including yurts, safari tents and tiny homes, allowing operators to evaluate products before making purchasing decisions.
The American Glamping Association (AGA) will host pre-show expert roundtable sessions designed for new and expanding glamping businesses. The workshops will include interactive discussions intended to provide practical business guidance and direct feedback from industry professionals.
Networking will also be a central component of the event, with organizers highlighting opportunities for attendees to connect with operators, investors, developers and other professionals from across the outdoor hospitality industry.
Conference programming will include presentations from outdoor hospitality experts on topics ranging from improving the guest experience to business growth strategies.
Sessions will also examine wellness-focused amenities and activities, including off-grid saunas, “Fire & Ice” experiences and other guest offerings that they say are contributing to revenue opportunities for glamping businesses in 2026.
