Valerie Ziebron, a seasoned industry consultant and president of VRZ Consulting, will be leading several workshops at the upcoming RV Dealers Convention/Expo, slated for November 11 to November 15 at Paris Las Vegas. On November 14 at 11 a.m., Ziebron will present “Upper Management’s Role in Service Success” as part of the fixed ops and dealer/gm education tracks. This session will explore the key differences between sales and service workers, offering strategies to enhance communication and motivation.
Additionally, it will highlight opportunities for upper management to bolster shop efficiency and employee satisfaction, along with vital shop metrics.
Later that day, at 12:15 p.m., Ziebron will conduct the “Tune Up Your Shop for Maximum Performance” workshop, also under the fixed ops track. This session aims to provide insights on maintaining smooth shop operations, optimizing efficiency, and leveraging no-cost tools to improve the bottom line for every department.
At 1:30 p.m. on November 14, Ziebron will present “Recalibrate Your Selling Mindset” within the business innovation track. This workshop is designed to help dealers transition from survival mode to achieving optimal success in 2025. Attendees will learn about the relationship between thoughts and results, practices to maintain positive thinking, and how to assess their current sales mindset.
