The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) and Truma are continuing their product-training partnership through the end of 2026, with three two-day sessions remaining that will provide technicians with training across heating, water heating and cooling systems.
The complimentary courses are being held at the RVTI campus and provide 16 Continuing Education Credits for each session. The training also fulfills Truma’s own training requirements, according to the Institute.
The remaining sessions are scheduled for Oct. 20-21, Nov. 17-18 and Dec. 15-16. Attendees can register through Truma, with the registration form also available through the RVTI’s store.
The training covers several Truma product categories, including heating, combination heating and water systems, hydronic heating, on-demand water heating and cooling.
No prerequisite is required to attend the courses. However, technicians seeking to apply the training hours toward the RV Technical Institute’s Level 3 Appliance Specialty must already hold Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.
The two-day format is designed to provide hands-on product training while allowing participating technicians to earn continuing education credits through the institute. The sessions are part of the ongoing partnership between RVTI and Truma.
The initiative was first launched in 2025 and continued into 2026. The partnership is intended to support technician training and contribute to improvements in the RVing experience, according to the RVTI.
