RoverPass to Join Reservation Software Panel at Campground Solutions Summit West

RoverPass, a reservation and property management software provider for campgrounds and RV parks, will participate in the Campground Solutions Summit West in Reno, Nevada, from October 20 to 22, 2026. Founder and CEO Ravi Parikh is scheduled to join a panel discussion on reservation software, while the company’s team will meet with campground owners and operators at Booth 27 during the event.

Hosted by the California Outdoor Hospitality Association, the summit will take place at the Grand Sierra Resort and bring together campground owners, operators, and other outdoor hospitality professionals for educational sessions, networking, and product demonstrations. The event will provide an opportunity for operators to evaluate technology and discuss operational challenges with software providers and other industry participants.

The Reservation Software Panel is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. and will be open to all attendees. Moderated by Amber Simpson of Martrek Digital, the session will feature representatives from five reservation software providers. Discussions will focus on challenges associated with selecting or replacing reservation systems, increasing direct bookings, integrating technology, managing data and reporting, and balancing automation with personalized guest service. Panelists will also examine the potential role of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, in campground reservations.

“Operators tell us the hardest part of running a park is no longer filling sites, it is choosing technology they can trust for years,” said Ravi Parikh, Founder and CEO at RoverPass. “A panel like this matters because owners get to hear directly from the people building these systems, ask the hard questions, and decide what actually fits their park.”

The topics are relevant to campground businesses assessing whether their current reservation platforms can support their operational needs and future growth. Reservation software can influence how guests discover and book accommodations, how payments are processed, and how operators manage availability and property operations. Evaluating these systems may require owners to consider integration capabilities, reporting functions, the quality of customer support, and the potential costs and disruption associated with changing providers.

At Booth 27, RoverPass plans to demonstrate its reservation and property management platform, including tools for online bookings, payments, and day-to-day park operations. The company also intends to collect feedback from operators to inform future product development.

“Events like this are where we do our best listening,” said Melisa Chang, Marketing Director at RoverPass. “The questions owners bring to our booth tell us what to build next, and we would rather have that conversation face to face than guess from a dashboard.”

For campground and RV park operators attending the summit, the event offers an opportunity to compare technology options and ask providers how their platforms address specific business requirements. Operators considering a software change may benefit from preparing questions about data migration, integration with existing systems, booking fees, payment processing, reporting, and the availability of support during implementation.

RoverPass was founded in 2014 and is based in Austin, Texas. The company provides reservation and property management tools to campgrounds and RV parks across the United States. Additional information about its platform and its 2026 Outdoor Hospitality Report is available through the company’s website.
