RVDA Convention/Expo Announces 30-Plus Vendor Training Sessions Focused on AI, Sales and Dealership Operations

More than 30 Vendor Training +Plus sessions have been scheduled for the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, offering dealership professionals training on technology, artificial intelligence, sales, finance, inventory management and dealership operations ahead of the annual industry event.

The one-hour workshops, led by industry vendors, are designed to provide education on products and services used across RV dealerships.

The sessions will cover finance, insurance, marketing, sales, fixed operations and management, according to organizers.

According to a press release, RV Dealers Association President Phil Ingrassia said the workshops are intended to help dealers better understand vendor offerings while strengthening relationships across the industry.

“These sessions not only help dealerships boost their knowledge of the products being offered by vendors, but they also help promote stronger partnerships between members of our industry,” Ingrassia said.

“With sessions on topics from AI to aftermarket products and even improving the sales floor, dealers will no doubt be able to find speakers who can help them boost business,” Ingrassia added.

Artificial intelligence will be a recurring theme throughout the training schedule. Planned sessions include IDS-Integrated Dealer Systems’ “Ctrl+Alt+Service: How Everyday Dealers Are Quietly Winning with AI,” Kenect’s “The ‘Invisible Advisor’: Using AI to Solve the Service Capacity Crisis,” Rapidious’ “AI Is Here — And It’s Already Changing What Dealers Stock, Price, and Sell,” and Lahzo’s “While Your Team Sleeps, Lahzo Sells.”

Technology and operational efficiency will also be highlighted through presentations on dealership management systems, service center technology, inventory analytics and data privacy.

Additional sessions include Lightspeed DMS’ workshop on connected dealership systems, Motility Software Solutions’ presentation on inventory modernization and dashboards, ASA Electronics’ discussion on technology solutions for service centers and Accelerate2Compliance’s session on data privacy compliance.

Inventory, financing and product strategy will also be featured during the training program. Scheduled presentations include Battle Born’s lithium battery roadmap for dealers, National Powersport Auctions’ pre-owned RV strategy workshop, AppOne’s recreational lending session, CBIZ’s inventory management presentation and Renogy’s discussion on solid-state batteries and advanced solar systems.

Sales and customer experience topics include Harvest Hosts’ dealership sales strategy presentation, Forest River’s workshop on customer service process improvements, Go Power! | Dometic’s solar sales training, Nextup’s sales floor performance session and Qualify Wizard’s inventory page optimization workshop.

The 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo is scheduled for Nov. 9-13 at Paris Las Vegas. The event is sponsored by RVDA of the U.S., RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
