Potters Resorts has been ranked the United Kingdom’s top holiday park group in the latest Which? holiday park rankings, recording a customer satisfaction score of 83% in a survey conducted in February and March 2026.
The resort, which operates locations in Hopton, Norfolk, and Essex, placed ahead of Hoburne Holidays, Darwin Escapes, Landal Parks and Waterside Holiday Group. The ranking places Potters Resorts among the highest-rated providers evaluated by Which? customers, while several larger and widely recognized brands received lower scores.
Mike Scott, managing director of Potters, said: “To be named the UK’s Best Holiday Parks and Resorts by Which? readers is a fantastic achievement.
“To have topped the list in three consecutive surveys since 2022 is something we’re immensely proud of, especially among so many well-known UK break providers.
“Recognition from Which? means so much because it reflects the honest opinions and experiences of guests.
“It tells people what it’s really like to stay with us and makes this achievement all the more special.”
Potters Resorts differs from the traditional holiday park model by offering an all-inclusive package that includes accommodation, meals, drinks, activities and entertainment. The operator describes its offering as the only fully all-inclusive experience of its kind among UK holiday parks, with four meals per day and a range of drinks included as standard.
Rather than traditional caravan accommodations, Potters offers suites and bungalows, according to the Eastern Daily Press. Its activity program includes options such as go-karting, virtual reality experiences, yoga, Nordic walking and birdwatching.
Evening programming includes the Musical Icons show, featuring tributes to performers including ABBA, Carole King and the Bee Gees, followed by a finale featuring Bohemian Rhapsody.
The company also received five stars for entertainment and activities in the Which? survey. One customer described the experience as offering “great entertainment, all staff helpful and polite, good food and plenty of it”.
Hoburne Holidays ranked second with a satisfaction score of 81%, while Darwin Escapes, Landal Parks and Waterside Holiday Group each recorded 80%. Center Parcs received 69%, Haven Holidays scored 68%, and Pontins recorded 61%.
The rankings were based on responses from 2,221 Which? Connect panel members and members of the general public surveyed during February and March 2026.
For holiday park operators, the results highlight the role that guest satisfaction can play in differentiating accommodation businesses in a competitive market. Potters’ positioning also illustrates how operators can build their product around an integrated package of lodging, food, activities and entertainment rather than relying primarily on accommodation as the core offering.
While a customer survey does not measure every aspect of park performance, the results provide an indication of how guests evaluate the overall experience and can offer operators benchmarks when assessing service, programming and inclusions.
