Spot2Nite has completed its integration with Firefly Reservations, enabling campground, RV park and glamping operators using the Firefly reservation management system to connect directly to Spot2Nite’s booking marketplace and distribution network through an automated process.
The integration allows Firefly customers to publish live rates and availability to Spot2Nite’s network, which the company said reaches 69 million outdoor enthusiasts through its mobile app, website and partner platforms.
Reservations generated through the marketplace are automatically returned to the Firefly system, allowing operators to add another booking channel without changing their existing reservation workflows.
According to the companies, the integration is designed to provide campground operators with an additional distribution network while maintaining real-time synchronization between reservation management and online bookings.
Matt Walsh, partnerships manager at Firefly Reservations, said the partnership aligns with the company’s goal of helping more people experience the outdoors while supporting campground operators.
“Our team here at Firefly prioritizes partnerships that help get people outside in nature,” Walsh said. “This partnership will continue our mission, and help campgrounds fill their sites with new audiences. We are grateful to the Spot2Nite team, and look forward to rolling out this integration while enhancing both the camper and park staff experience.”
According to a press release, Sam Bruner, co-founder and chief operating officer of Spot2Nite, said the collaboration connects Firefly’s reservation platform with Spot2Nite’s distribution capabilities.
“Firefly was built by someone who’s actually run a campground — that perspective shows in the product, and it’s exactly the kind of partner we want in our network,” Bruner said.
“Operators who’ve invested in a smart, modern reservation management system deserve a distribution strategy to match. A single connection to Spot2Nite gives them that,” Bruner added.
Firefly Reservations is a cloud-based reservation management system developed specifically for campgrounds, RV parks and other outdoor hospitality businesses. The platform includes automation and real-time operational management features intended to support daily park operations and guest services.
Spot2Nite said its marketplace enables campers to discover and reserve outdoor accommodations and experiences in real time.
The company said it operates on a performance-based model with no upfront costs for campground operators and connects private campgrounds, RV parks and glamping resorts with its booking marketplace through integrations with property management systems and other distribution partners.
