The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) has announced its 2026 Summer Discussion Series, a three-part webinar program designed to provide professional and personal development opportunities for members through monthly discussions with industry and subject-matter experts.
The series will be held virtually via Zoom on June 17, July 15 and August 19 at noon Eastern time. According to RVWA, the sessions will focus on topics related to health advocacy, personal well-being and leadership development.
“Our mission at RVWA is – first and foremost – to elevate and educate our members. Discussions like the ones we’ll have this summer are invaluable to elevating every aspect of attendees’ lives as they’ll learn the skills to step into their innate power in an ever-changing industry,” Susan Carpenter, RVWA president, said in a News and Insights report of RVIA on June 9.
Carpenter said the organization remains committed to providing opportunities for members to learn and connect with one another.
“We are always so thrilled to provide a free space to come learn and be in community with each other while learning something new!” Carpenter said.
The series begins June 17 with “Navigating Healthcare As Your Own Advocate: A Guide For Busy Women,” presented by Tiffany Kuo, MPH, NYT-500. Kuo has worked in healthcare quality improvement, integrative wellness and digital health transformation for more than a decade and has led initiatives involving healthcare organizations and patient care programs.
Topics scheduled for the June session include preparing for healthcare appointments, asking informed questions, participating in shared decision-making, applying lifestyle medicine-based self-care practices and using breathwork techniques during stressful healthcare situations.
The second webinar, “Soul Reset: Staying Grounded Through Purpose, Presence, and Practice,” is scheduled for July 15 and will feature Jil Littlejohn Bostick, TEDx speaker, author, vice president of corporate responsibility and inclusion, and executive director of the foundation at Winnebago Industries.
The July session will focus on practical grounding techniques, reflection practices, developing a personalized “Soul Toolkit,” creating intentional habits and affirmations, and fostering community learning and connection.
The final discussion, “Owning Your Seat At The Table,” will take place Aug. 19 and will be led by Dr. Rachel Lindvall, senior inclusion business partner at Winnebago Industries.
According to RVWA, Lindvall’s presentation will address leadership and professional growth topics, including positioning oneself for impact, emphasizing collaboration, demonstrating value, asking leadership-oriented questions, projecting confidence through presence and body language, and turning insights into influence.
The Summer Discussion Series is open to participants through virtual sessions conducted on Zoom at noon Eastern time on each scheduled date.
