The RV Industry Association (RVIA) announced author David Epstein as the keynote speaker for its third annual Leadership Conference, scheduled for March 4-6, 2025. The event will take place at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, Arizona, offering two days of leadership development and networking opportunities for industry professionals.
Epstein is known for his ability to break down complex scientific concepts. He is the author of Range: Why Generalists Triumph in a Specialized World, a #1 New York Times bestseller, and a finalist for the Financial Times/McKinsey Business Book of the Year.
His earlier book, The Sports Gene: Inside the Science of Extraordinary Athletic Performance, also achieved New York Times bestseller status and has been translated into over 30 languages.
His keynote address on March 6 is expected to draw significant interest. According to a News and Insights report of RVIA, Epstein’s work has garnered attention from prominent figures, including President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who purchased copies of The Sports Gene.
In addition to his authorship, Epstein has delivered two TED Talks on human performance, garnering more than 12 million views. Epstein’s career also includes investigative reporting for ProPublica and a senior writer at Sports Illustrated.
