RV Learning Center Reports Fourth-Quarter 2025 Donations to Expand RV Dealership Training Programs

The Mike Molino RV Learning Center announced its fourth-quarter 2025 donors, highlighting new financial contributions aimed at expanding training and certification programs for RV dealership employees and strengthening workforce development across the RV industry.

The RV Learning Center said the fourth-quarter support will help fund affordable and accessible continuing education programs focused on dealership fixed operations, sales, service, management and certification pathways.

The funding is intended to improve dealership performance and support long-term career growth for industry professionals.

“Every contribution—large or small—helps move our industry forward by ensuring dealership professionals have access to the training they need to succeed,” Phil Ingrassia, president of the RV Dealers Association, said in a press release. “We are grateful to these leaders and organizations for their continued commitment to education and professional development.”

The donations directly support its expanding portfolio of RV dealership training resources and credentialing programs. The RV Learning Center operates as the training and certification arm serving RV dealers nationwide.

Among the largest fourth-quarter contributors was Brinkley RV, associated with Bill Fenech, with a $10,000 donation. United States Warranty Corporation and Reines RV Center, associated with Lindsey Reines, each contributed $4,000.

Additional donors included Crestview RV of Buda, associated with Michael Regan, at $2,000; Hilltop Camper and RV at $1,846; Humphrey RV & Trailer, associated with Paul Roach, at $1,000; Affinity Commercial at $1,000; and Protective Asset Protection, associated with Bill Koster, at $1,000.

Other supporters recognized for fourth-quarter giving were Steinbring Motorcoach with $500, Phil Ingrassia with $500, and American Guardian Warranty Services with $300.

The RV Learning Center described itself as a source for RV dealership training and certification, with programs designed to elevate operational standards and promote employee career advancement across the sector.

The RV Dealers Association, which represents RV dealers across the United States, provides education, advocacy, market intelligence and operational resources for dealerships.
