goHomePort RV Service and Repairs marked a significant milestone with the grand opening of its sixth location in Warren, Michigan. The event was distinguished by the presentation of a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition from Congressman John James of Michigan’s 10th District, recognizing the company’s outstanding service to the community.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place at the new shop, located at 6900 E. 14 Mile Road, alongside Warren RV Storage. The new shop provides a comprehensive range of services, including RV and trailer repairs, maintenance, and custom installations such as battery system upgrades, solar panels, and towing systems.

Mike Douglas expressed gratitude for the community’s support and the collective efforts that contributed to the opening.

“Receiving the Congressional Certificate of Recognition is an honor that reflects the hard work of our teams. We appreciate the support from the Southeast Michigan Chamber of Commerce, Councilwoman Magee, Commissioner Ghanam, Congressman James, and our loyal customers. We look forward to serving the Warren and Greater Detroit Metro communities with dedication and excellence,” he said.

Mike Low highlighted the positive feedback from customers, noting that many appreciate the new location’s services, especially as the summer recreational season begins.

“Our technicians are committed to delivering premium service, from RV and trailer repairs to custom installations and modifications. We’re excited to be here and eager to serve the community,” Low added.

The event concluded with a networking session and a pizza lunch provided by Gambino’s Food Truck, fostering a sense of community and celebration. The positive atmosphere and support from attendees underscored the community’s enthusiasm for the new shop.
