DexKo Global, a leader in trailer running gear, chassis, and components, has signed an agreement to acquire TexTrail Inc. from American Trailer World.
The acquisition agreement by DexKo Global includes two other entities that TexTrail itself acquired in 2022, which are Wholesale Trailer Supply LLX and Marius Garon Inc., according to a report.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed and the acquisition, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022.

It has developed a reputation as one of the leading suppliers of trailer parts and accessories in the industry.
