The 2024 RV Aftermarket Conference is set to take place from August 12 to 15 in Orlando, Florida. This event provides suppliers and distributors with the opportunity to meet in one-on-one “appointment sessions” to pitch new products and engage in networking activities.
Attendees will have the chance to connect with representatives from the RV Industry Association (RVIA), Go RVing, and the RV Technical Institute (RVTI). These meetings will focus on sharing key programmatic updates and discussing how members can become more involved with these programs. Feedback will also be solicited on how the association can better support businesses within the industry.
RVTI aims to gather information about companies’ training programs or training needs while sharing the latest on the Level 3 Specialty Training. Additionally, Go RVing will present the latest campaign updates and seek insights on how they can better communicate information about aftermarket products.
RVIA will also provide updates on legislative issues affecting aftermarket members, share the latest market insights, and listen to members’ feedback on how the association can better serve their needs.
According to a News & Insights report of RVIA, the conference is designed to support parts and accessory purchasing experience, benefiting both supply chain members and RV consumers. Open to all RVIA members, the event aims to foster connections and collaborations within the industry.
In addition to networking opportunities, attendees can hear from industry leaders about the state of the RV industry. The latest RVIA economic impact study reveals that the RV aftermarket supports 3,187 jobs, generates $272 million in wages, and contributes over $750 million in total economic output annually.
With offices in the Washington, D.C. area and Elkhart, Indiana, RVIA represents the $140 billion RV industry. It includes over 500 manufacturers and suppliers who produce 98% of RVs made in the U.S. and about 60% of RVs produced worldwide.
The association collaborates with federal and state lawmakers and regulators to create a favorable business environment for its members. It also serves as a source of research, data, and analysis about the RV industry.
