The Texas Association of Campground Owners (TACO) will host free webinars this fall covering insurance liability, revenue strategies and the association’s legislative priorities for 2027.
The online sessions are intended to provide park operators with educational resources between TACO’s annual Spring Meeting and Tradeshow, according to Brian Schaeffer, TACO’s executive director and CEO.
“We’re excited to announce our fall webinar lineup,” Schaeffer said in a press release. “We think it’s important to supplement our annual Spring Meeting and Tradeshow with online educational sessions throughout the year.”
The first webinar, “Texas Insurance Premiums Demystified & Limiting Your Liability,” is scheduled for 10 a.m. Central time Sept. 16 and will be presented by Leavitt Recreation & Hospitality Insurance. The session will focus on insurance premiums and ways campground operators can limit liability.
Storable Newbook will present the second webinar, “Make More $ with Dynamic Pricing and Other Ideas for Increasing Revenue,” at 10 a.m. Central time Oct. 14. The session will address dynamic pricing and other approaches to increasing revenue.
The final session, “TACO’s 2027 Legislative Update,” is scheduled for 10 a.m. Central time Nov. 4 and will be presented by TACO’s legislative team. The webinar will provide an update on legislative matters tied to the association’s priorities for 2027.
All three webinars are free to attend, but access to presentation recordings will be limited to TACO members.
“New TACO members can join to ensure they have access to these and other past TACO webinars,” Schaeffer said.
The webinars are part of TACO’s broader educational programming for campground and park operators.
