Coachmen RV Reintroduces Concord Class C Motorhome With Updated Design, New Floorplans

Coachmen RV is bringing back its Concord luxury Class C motorhome line this summer, reintroducing the product with updated designs, expanded floorplan options and a renewed focus on premium features, craftsmanship and customer experience.

The return of Concord expands the company’s motorized lineup and targets travelers seeking a higher-end Class C motorhome with residential-style amenities, modern technology and a manageable coach size.

The motorhome will be available through a select dealer network as units begin arriving at dealerships, with model availability and floorplan details to be announced by dealers.

Built on the Ford E-450 chassis, the Concord lineup includes the existing 321DS, powered by a 7.3-liter V8 engine, and the newly introduced 320SS.

Both models feature a streamlined exterior with aerodynamic styling and interiors designed to support extended travel.

The updated lineup introduces revised floorplans aimed at improving drivability, maximizing usable living space and providing layouts tailored to different travel styles, including options for couples and touring-focused customers.

Among the new features is what Coachmen describes as a “first-in-class” air ride suspension system designed to improve ride quality and stability during highway and long-distance travel.

The motorhomes also include aerodynamic fiberglass front and rear caps, 50-amp electrical service paired with dual 15,000-BTU air conditioners, and an available power-inclining residential king bed in select models.

Coachmen said the Concord is built with 2-inch-thick sidewalls, floors and ceilings using dual layers of Azdel composite panels to improve durability and moisture resistance.

The company also manufactures key components at a dedicated facility on its Middlebury, Indiana, campus, covering chassis modification, lamination, component assembly, full-body paint and hydraulic leveling jack installation.

The integrated production process is intended to maintain quality control throughout manufacturing while supporting long-term reliability and performance.

Inside, the Concord features high-gloss cabinetry, solid-surface countertops, contemporary lighting, premium upholstery and integrated entertainment systems. Driver-assistance technology and touchscreen coach management systems are also included to simplify operation and ownership.

“Concord has always represented a more elevated expression of Class C motorized travel,” said Nate Saunders, Class C general manager of Coachmen. “We hear it all the time. People want something that feels more refined, better built and more comfortable to travel in. That’s what drove us to bring Concord back. It gives you that higher-end experience without having to jump into a larger diesel coach.”
