Spot2Nite has integrated with Indio by Big Rig Media, enabling campground, RV park and glamping resort operators using the Indio property management system to distribute real-time rates and availability through Spot2Nite’s online marketplace and connected travel platforms.
The integration allows parks operating on Indio to add Spot2Nite as a booking channel while maintaining real-time inventory and pricing.
According to the announcement, Spot2Nite’s distribution network reaches 69 million outdoor enthusiasts, providing participating operators with additional exposure to travelers searching for outdoor accommodations.
Indio by Big Rig Media is a cloud-based property management system designed for outdoor hospitality businesses. The platform combines reservations, operations and guest marketing functions, including an integrated booking engine, customer relationship management tools, financial reporting and marketing capabilities.
Through the new integration, operators can publish live availability and rates directly to Spot2Nite’s marketplace.
“We built Indio to be a complete growth engine for outdoor hospitality providers, and this integration with Spot2Nite is a natural extension of that mission,” Jeff Beyer, CEO of Indio by Big Rig Media, said. “By connecting our platform to Spot2Nite’s extensive distribution network, we’re giving our park operators an effortless way to maximize occupancy and reach millions of new guests.”
The integration is intended to simplify distribution for park operators managing multiple booking channels. The company noted that Indio users can activate the integration and make inventory available in real time across 13 outdoor travel platforms connected through Spot2Nite’s network.
“Park operators are juggling more channels than ever, and the ones winning are the ones who make distribution effortless,” Sam Bruner, co-founder and chief operating officer of Spot2Nite, said. “Operators using Indio can flip this Spot2Nite integration on and immediately make their inventory bookable in real-time across 13 outdoor travel platforms.”
