The RV Industry Association’s (RVIA) 2025 Leadership Conference promises two days of engaging networking, leadership development, and motivational sessions. Scheduled for March 4-6, 2025, at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, Arizona, the event will feature enriching workshops and inspiring speakers, including crisis communication expert Molly McPherson.
McPherson, known for her expertise in navigating complex public relations challenges, combines her role as a crisis communication strategist with her popular TikTok presence as “PR Lady,” where she offers incisive commentary to over half a million followers.
During the conference, McPherson will sit down for a one-on-one conversation with Monika Geraci, the RVIA’s director of PR & Communications. Their discussion will explore strategies for safeguarding brand reputation during public relations crises. This will be followed by a 90-minute workshop where McPherson will guide attendees through practical methods for addressing online backlash, offering tools to identify escalating situations, assess responses, and maintain trust through transparency.
Drawing on her APR certification and extensive experience, including her work with FEMA and during high-profile crises like 9/11 and the 2002 Norovirus outbreaks, McPherson will share proven techniques for reclaiming control during turbulent times. Attendees will leave equipped with actionable strategies to effectively manage media narratives, rebuild trust, and protect their brands’ reputations.
