The RV Dealers Association (RVDA) will host a live webinar Sept. 2 focused on helping RV dealership leaders address employee burnout, disengagement and resistance to change while maintaining team performance and accountability.
The 30-minute webinar, “Help Me Reduce Burnout Without Sacrificing Results,” is scheduled for 2 p.m. Eastern and will feature Dr. Andy Core, a speaker, researcher and author specializing in leadership, workplace performance and human behavior.
According to RVDA, Core will present communication frameworks intended to help dealership leaders address challenges affecting team performance while supporting employee engagement, motivation and alignment with organizational goals.
The session will cover several areas, including identifying motivational gaps that can contribute to a lack of follow-through among team members and addressing cynicism and resistance to organizational change.
Participants also will examine ways to build buy-in for leadership vision and organizational goals.
Core will discuss approaches for strengthening connections between dealership leaders and their teams, including demonstrating that leaders and employees are working toward shared objectives.
“Today’s dealership leaders are navigating constant change while balancing the needs of their employees, customers, and businesses,” said Phil Ingrassia, president of RVDA.
“We are excited to invite Dr. Core to help dealers with actionable ideas and strategies to improve communication, strengthen teams, and achieve better results,” Ingrassia added.
The webinar is part of RVDA’s education efforts for dealerships as leaders address workplace performance and organizational challenges. Registration is available through RVDA.
Core also is scheduled to present at the upcoming RVDA Convention/Expo in Las Vegas, where he will provide additional strategies focused on developing high-performing dealership cultures.
