The RV Industry Association (RVIA) added two new companies to its membership in July, expanding its network of more than 500 manufacturers, component suppliers, and aftermarket businesses. Together, these members produce 98% of all RVs manufactured in the United States.
The association represents the industry’s collective interests in safety, education, market growth, and public policy, while working to create a positive RV experience for consumers. Each month, RVIA highlights new members that align with these goals.
Joining as an aftermarket supplier, etrailer.com is based in Wentzville, Missouri. The company offers hitches, tow bars, jacks, RV accessories, and rooftop air conditioners, serving a wide range of RV owners and outdoor enthusiasts.
According to its website, etrailer.com emphasizes product testing and hands-on experience. “We get hands-on with the gear we sell because you deserve more than a guess,” the company’s website states.
The company also shares product insights through installation videos, comparison charts, how-to articles, and direct customer support.
ObeCo, Incorporated has also joined RVIA as a supplier member. Based in Elkhart, Indiana, ObeCo provides custom sewing services and RV accessories for manufacturers and aftermarket clients.
“At ObeCo, we take pride in offering top-notch non-apparel industrial sewing services and commercial sewing solutions,” the company notes. Its services cater to RV manufacturers as well as other industries requiring durable, high-quality sewn products.
The company specializes in working with heavy-duty, single and multi-needle sewing equipment to produce a range of products. This includes precision sewing for vinyl applications, strapping, netting, webbing, and hook-and-loop fastening systems.
Both new members join a trade association that also represents a significant share of the global RV market. RVIA members collectively produce approximately 60% of all RVs built worldwide, making it one of the most influential organizations in the industry.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA, the association invites manufacturers, suppliers, and aftermarket businesses to join its network, contributing to the industry’s growth and innovation.
“Be a part of the national trade association representing RV manufacturers and their component parts suppliers,” the association states.
