RV Industry Association Opens Registration for 2026 Aftermarket Conference in Florida

Registration is now open for the 2026 RV Aftermarket Conference, scheduled for August 10-13 at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida, offering a dedicated forum for suppliers and distributors to connect and conduct business through structured meetings.

The annual event brings together RV Industry Association (RVIA) members for a series of one-on-one “appointment sessions,” where suppliers present new products directly to distributors.

The format is designed to facilitate purchasing decisions and strengthen supply chain relationships within the RV aftermarket segment.

The conference is a key venue for industry engagement, combining scheduled meetings with broader networking opportunities among established professionals. The event will also hear from industry thought leaders addressing current conditions and trends affecting the RV sector.

Attendees at the RV Aftermarket Conference will have an opportunity to preview the latest products and services in the aftermarket segment ahead of the fall and winter RV show season. The event is positioned as an early look at new offerings from suppliers, giving participants a chance to evaluate developments before they reach broader industry showcases.

The conference also provides access to business-focused programming and peer-to-peer engagement, allowing attendees to gain practical industry insights while networking with colleagues from across the country.

The event comes as the RV aftermarket continues to represent a measurable portion of the industry’s economic activity. According to a News and Insights report of RVIA on April 30, the aftermarket supports 3,187 jobs and generates $272 million in wages, contributing more than $750 million in total annual economic output.

These figures underscore the segment’s role in sustaining employment and driving revenue across the broader RV ecosystem.

In addition to product presentations and networking, the conference will focus on enhancing the parts and accessories purchasing experience for both supply chain stakeholders and consumers. The structured setting allows participants to evaluate new offerings, discuss operational challenges, and explore opportunities for growth within the aftermarket channel.

The conference is open exclusively to members of the RVIA.
