Sponsorship Opportunities Remain Open for RVs Move America

Sponsorship opportunities for RVs Move America Week 2025 remain available as the recreational vehicle industry prepares for its annual policy and leadership gathering in Washington, District of Columbia, scheduled for May 31 through June 4.

The sponsorship program offers companies access to senior executives across the RV sector, including manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, and campground operators.

The availability of options across multiple price points allows organizations of varying sizes to participate while increasing brand visibility during the multi-day event.

Available sponsorships include networking breakfasts and breaks, placements within the Advocacy Day app, and advertising in the official event program, among other opportunities tied to attendee engagement throughout the schedule.

The event will begin with two days of committee meetings, where industry volunteers collaborate on a strategic roadmap aimed at guiding the future growth of the $140 billion RV sector.

Participants will also receive updates on the state of the industry from association leadership and hear from political speakers regarding current administration policies affecting the sector.

RVs Move America Week includes direct engagement with federal policymakers, providing attendees with opportunities to discuss legislative priorities and industry concerns.

Advocacy Day, scheduled for June 3, will serve as a central component, allowing participants to meet with lawmakers and promote policy initiatives relevant to the RV industry.

Programming throughout the week includes meetings of key committees such as the Standards Steering Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and Campground Coalition, as well as joint sessions involving industry associations.

Additional events include networking receptions, training sessions for first-time advocates, and board meetings.

The schedule also features an RV Caucus Reception on Capitol Hill and an Advocacy Day training session designed to prepare attendees for policy discussions. A National Highway Traffic Safety Administration meeting is also listed among the scheduled engagements.
