Zook Cabins Named Among Fastest-Growing Companies by Financial Times, Inc. Regionals

Zook Cabins, a prefab cabin builder, has been named to the 2026 Financial Times Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies list and ranked No. 62 on the Inc. Regionals: Northeast list, marking dual recognition for its revenue growth and regional performance.

The rankings place Zook among a group of independent businesses and private companies identified for achieving significant revenue expansion, highlighting its continued growth within the competitive building and outdoor hospitality sectors.

Founded in 2006 as a small builder of hunting cabins, Zook Cabins has expanded its operations nationwide, delivering structures across the United States.

The company’s product portfolio now includes log cabins, modern cabins, park model tiny homes, accessory dwelling units, luxury mobile homes, outdoor saunas, and glamping pods.

The Financial Times list is published annually to spotlight companies across the Americas with the highest percentage revenue growth over a defined period.

Similarly, the Inc. Regionals rankings evaluate private companies across seven United States regions, serving as an extension of the Inc. 5000 list.

Zook Cabins was previously included in the Inc. 5000 rankings in 2025, 2024, 2023, and 2022.

The company’s continued presence on these lists reflects sustained expansion and increasing demand for its prefabricated and modular structures, particularly within the outdoor hospitality and residential markets.

According to a press release, Matt Esh, chief marketing officer of Zook Cabins, said the company’s focus remains on innovation and nationwide growth. “Continue creating and innovating within the building industry nationwide,” Esh said.

Esh also attributed the company’s growth to its workforce, emphasizing the role of internal efforts in achieving recognition. “We appreciate this recognition, and it is a testament to the team that we have,” Esh said.

Zook Cabins said its growth has enabled it to expand and refine its product offerings, allowing the company to reach new customers while improving service for existing clients.

Looking ahead, the company indicated plans to continue expanding its capabilities and product lines as it positions itself within the modular building sector and broader outdoor hospitality market.
