The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) announced its speaker lineup for the organization’s fifth annual Educational Symposium, scheduled for Oct. 14-15 at the Chicago Marriott Schaumburg, with this year’s program focused on “Empowerment Through Vulnerability” and turning adversity into strength.
Dr. Amber Selking will deliver the symposium’s kickoff address, while Courtney Clark and Kim Becking will lead educational workshops on the second day.
The event also will feature an industry expert panel, interactive workshops, networking activities and the RV Women’s Alliance awards ceremony.
Selking’s presentation will focus on leadership, confidence and authenticity, emphasizing clarity, connection, resilience and intentionality.
According to RVWA, her session will provide attendees with practical tools for addressing internal narratives, strengthening their presence and applying leadership principles in professional and personal settings.
Becking, a New York Times bestselling author, human behavior expert, change and resilience researcher, and cancer thriver, will lead an international workshop centered on adaptability and resilience. Her session will address the mindset, tools and framework leaders and teams need to adapt and respond to changing circumstances.
Clark’s workshop will focus on developing adaptability and resilience. She has worked with organizations including Procter & Gamble, Dell, S&P, Humana, Cisco and Cardinal Health and speaks to audiences internationally, according to RVWA.
Chelsea Kreigh of Newmar Corp. said the symposium provides value through its speakers, networking and industry connections.
“The RV Women’s Alliance Educational Symposium never disappoints! Each year I come away inspired by the conversations, connections, and passion within this group. From thought-provoking speakers to meaningful networking, it’s always such a valuable experience,” Kreigh said in a News and Insights report of RVIA on September 3.
“I am grateful to be part of an organization that continues to champion and empower women in the RV industry!” Kreigh added.
Registration for the 2026 RV Women’s Alliance Educational Symposium is available through Sept. 25. Discounted hotel rates are available through Sept. 21, and teams of four or more can receive a $20-per-person registration savings.
