Lagoon Ranch Luxury RV Resort in Texas will host two October events, featuring a breast cancer awareness weekend and an Oktoberfest celebration with a chili cook-off, alongside discounted lodging and RV site rates.
The resort’s Pink Out Breast Cancer Awareness Weekend is scheduled for Oct. 2-4, followed by its Oktoberfest Chili Cook-Off Weekend from Oct. 9-11. Both events will feature activities for guests, with separate promotional rates for lodging and RV sites.
The Pink Out weekend will include a Pink Out Walk, golf cart parade, crafts, games and a movie night. The event is part of CRR Hospitality’s October Camping for a Cause initiative, which aims to raise $5,000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
For the Pink Out weekend, Lagoon Ranch is offering a 25% discount on lodging and 35% off RV sites, excluding Lakeside sites. The promotional rates apply to stays from Sept. 30 through Oct. 6, with the code OCTOBER.
The following weekend, the resort will host its Oktoberfest Chili Cook-Off, featuring a chili competition, Oktoberfest activities, live entertainment and other guest programming.
The chili cook-off will allow guests to enter their recipes in the competition, while other attendees can participate in the weekend’s activities and festivities.
For the Oktoberfest weekend, Lagoon Ranch is offering 10% off lodging and 35% off RV sites, excluding Lakeside sites. The discounts apply to stays from Oct. 6-13 and require the same promotional code, OCTOBER.
Lagoon Ranch is located along Lake Livingston, a short drive from Houston. The resort has 1,000 feet of waterfront, a lagoon pool and spacious RV sites designed to accommodate large recreational vehicles.
The October schedule combines recreational activities, seasonal entertainment and a fundraising initiative. The breast cancer awareness weekend will support CRR Hospitality’s fundraising goal, while the following weekend will center on Oktoberfest festivities and the chili competition.
