OHI Hosted Buyer Program Enrollment Deadline Set for Oct. 29

OHI will close enrollment for its Hosted Buyer Program on Oct. 29, giving eligible members a final opportunity to secure complimentary full-conference registration and schedule exhibitor meetings ahead of the Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) 2026, scheduled for Nov. 9-11 in Fort Worth, Texas.

The program is open to active OHI member decision-makers and requires participants to complete at least six scheduled, 20-minute appointments with exhibitors.

Participants who meet the requirements receive waived full-conference registration fees and VIP access to the Expo Hall, which will feature nearly 200 exhibitors. Travel and lodging expenses are not included.

Appointment booking opened Oct. 26, allowing accepted participants to select preferred exhibitors and reserve meeting times before availability becomes limited.

OHI permits one Hosted Buyer per campground, with the registration fee waived as long as all program requirements are fulfilled.

OHI also scheduled a Hosted Buyer orientation for Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. Central time via Zoom. The session will explain the program and help participants prepare for their exhibitor meetings. Members must enroll by the same day’s deadline to participate.

Additional information and registration are available at ohi.org/HostedBuyer.

OHCE 2026 will take place at the Fort Worth Convention Center, bringing together outdoor hospitality professionals for three days of education, networking and business development. The conference program will cover campground operations, marketing, management and emerging industry trends.

Scheduled programming includes the Outdoor Hospitality Innovator Summit and Prospective Owners Workshop on Nov. 8, the day before the main conference begins.

Other events include the Awards of Excellence Luncheon, Trends and Insights Panel, Advocacy Luncheon and Takeaway Tours.

Networking events will include the Diamonds & Denim: 60 Years Strong welcome reception and the Neon Moon closing reception.

Registration for the broader conference remains available online, with onsite registration also accepted in Fort Worth.

For the first time, organizers will offer single-day passes for purchase onsite, providing an additional registration option for professionals unable to attend the full event.
