Lagoon Ranch Luxury RV & Cabin Resort will host fall and Christmas festivals on Nov. 7 and Dec. 19, respectively, offering local vendors, food and family activities alongside lodging discounts of up to 20% for guests staying during designated promotional periods.
The resort’s Fall Vendor Festival is scheduled for 2-5 p.m. Nov. 7, while its Christmas Festival will take place from 2-5 p.m. Dec. 19. Both events will be held at the property along Lake Livingston in Texas.
The resort is offering 15% off Ranch House accommodations and 20% off RV sites for stays booked with the promotional code FESTIVAL.
The fall offer applies to stays from Nov. 5-9, while the Christmas promotion covers Dec. 17-22.
The discounts provide lodging options for visitors planning to attend either festival, with accommodations available for RV travelers and guests seeking rental houses.
The Fall Vendor Festival will feature local businesses, music and family-oriented activities. Vendors scheduled to participate include Blue Starfish of Texas and Loaded Tea Shop. DJ entertainment, sponsored by Serenity Springs, also is planned, along with hayrides and face painting.
The event is designed to bring local vendors and visitors together for an afternoon of shopping and entertainment ahead of the holiday season.
The Christmas Festival will focus on holiday shopping, food and seasonal activities, with local businesses offering products and refreshments.
Participating food vendors include Brooke’s Baking Co., Mama Faith’s Kitchen and Jessica Ann’s Food Truck. Blue Starfish of Texas also is scheduled to participate.
The December event will give visitors an opportunity to shop for Christmas gifts while spending time at the resort. The festival schedule runs for three hours, matching the duration planned for the November event.
Lagoon Ranch is promoting both festivals as opportunities for overnight visits, with guests able to stay in RV sites or Ranch Houses and access the resort’s Lake Livingston setting and amenities.
The two promotional periods are separate, allowing visitors to plan stays around either event. The fall discount window begins two days before the Nov. 7 festival and ends two days afterward. The December window begins two days before the Christmas Festival and continues through Dec. 22.
