The RV Industry Association (RVIA) has launched an upgraded member portal that requires existing account holders to reset their passwords to access membership services, event registrations and industry resources.
The new portal, available at account.rvia.org, transfers existing accounts to the updated system while retaining users’ current login email addresses.
Members do not need to create new accounts but must complete the password reset process before logging in.
To regain access, existing account holders must visit the portal’s login page, select “Forgot Password,” enter the email address associated with their account and follow the prompts to establish a new password. Members can then log in using their existing email addresses and updated passwords.
The updated portal provides a central location for managing company association memberships, registering for industry events and accessing the RVIA store, according to the association’s announcement.
Membership management features allow companies to manage and renew their association memberships through the online system. The event registration function provides access to upcoming industry events, including the RV Industry Leadership Conference.
The portal also includes access to the association’s store, where members can browse and purchase industry publications, standards and other resources.
The launch updates the online system members use to access RVIA services, consolidating membership administration, event registration and resource purchasing within the portal.
RVIA encouraged existing account holders to reset their passwords to access the upgraded system.
Existing members can begin the access process by visiting account.rvia.org and selecting the password recovery option on the login screen.
