SylvanSport, a Brevard, North Carolina-based manufacturer known for its adventure travel trailers and camping gear, announced a new partnership with Field & Sports, another North Carolina-based outdoor brand.
The collaboration aims to enhance SylvanSport’s visibility and accessibility across the U.S., focusing on growing consumer touchpoints and expanding its dealer network. Field & Sports, a company specializing in overland and electric vehicle-ready recreational vehicle sales, distribution, and brand development, will manage SylvanSport’s dealer relations and customer activations nationwide.
Field & Sports brings over a century of combined experience and will play a key role in ensuring that SylvanSport’s products reach more customers through localized dealer networks.
Under the leadership of RV industry veteran Scott Rhode, the partnership will launch at the 2024 Elkhart Open House. With increased service support, SylvanSport’s products, including their lightweight tow-behind campers, will become more readily available at local dealerships.
According to a press release, SylvanSport founder and CEO Tom Dempsey expressed optimism about the new collaboration, stating, “The opportunity to add a trusted NC-based outdoor partner to expand our brand and offer the opportunity for customers to experience our products in person at dealer locations across the U.S. will allow everyone to discover the SylvanSport difference.”
