RV dealerships will get strategies for improving lead response speed, follow-up consistency and customer engagement during an education session at the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.
According to a press release, Jordon Schoolmeester, training manager at Garage Composites, will lead “Maximizing Every Opportunity: Building a High-Performance Lead Response System in RV Dealerships” at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, in the Versailles 1 room.
The session is part of the convention’s Digital Marketing track.
The session will focus on helping dealers develop a structured approach to handling leads across digital and traditional communication channels.
Topics will include creating a culture of urgency, establishing a consistent follow-up cadence and using video messaging to increase engagement.
The session’s learning objectives include optimizing digital channels to generate quality leads and improving how dealerships handle phone, text and online inquiries.
Schoolmeester also will address ways to establish structured follow-up procedures and promote speed, accountability and persistence within dealership teams.
Video and text communication will be another focus, with the session covering how those tools can be used to increase engagement and conversions.
The session is intended to provide dealers with practical strategies for capturing opportunities and converting more inquiries into sold units.
The education session comes as RV dealers face a challenging market, according to the event announcement, which emphasizes that generating leads is only part of the sales process and that dealers also need to act quickly on incoming inquiries.
The 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo is scheduled for Nov. 9-13 at Paris Las Vegas. The event is sponsored by RVDA of U.S., RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
Early-bird registration rates for the convention are available through Sept. 3. Additional convention updates will be posted on the event’s website and social media channels.
