The RV Industry Association (RVIA) will launch an upgraded member portal later this month, requiring members to reset their passwords when they first access the new system.
The updated portal will serve as the central hub for member transactions, including company membership renewals, event registrations and purchases through the association store.
Members will continue to access their accounts through the same login process. The login will remain available through the gold “Login” button in the upper-right corner of RVIA.org or directly through account.rvia.org.
The RVIA said the upgraded portal is intended to simplify account management while maintaining the existing login method.
Once the new system is launched, members will be able to manage and renew their association memberships through the portal.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA, the system also will handle registrations for upcoming industry events, including the RV Industry Leadership Conference.
The portal will additionally provide access to the association store, where members can browse and purchase industry publications, standards and other resources.
As part of the transition, all members will be required to establish a new password when logging into the upgraded system for the first time.
Members will need to select the “Forgot Password” option on the new portal’s login screen and follow the prompts using their current email address. The association said usernames and login email addresses will remain unchanged.
The password reset requirement is part of the association’s account-security process for the transition to the upgraded system.
The RVIA said it will provide step-by-step instructions and additional launch updates.
