Sponsorship Opportunities Open for RVs Move America Week 2026 as Industry Event Nears

Sponsorship opportunities are now available for RVs Move America Week 2026, with organizers offering multiple options aimed at increasing brand visibility and supporting the industry-focused event as it approaches.

The program provides organizations with exposure across several platforms, including placement of company names and logos on printed materials, digital signage, and other promotional assets tied to specific sponsorship packages.

The initiative comes as the annual gathering prepares to bring together stakeholders from across the recreational vehicle sector.

According to a News and Insights report of RVIA on April 7, available sponsorship options include high-profile events such as the D.C. Rooftop Reception and Dinner, a lunch paired with a keynote speaker, and branded items for Advocacy Day, including portable fans.

Additional opportunities are also offered throughout the week, each designed to position participating organizations in front of key industry decision-makers.

RVs Move America Week does not charge registration fees, making sponsorship contributions a primary source of funding to offset event production costs. This structure allows broader participation while relying on industry support to sustain programming and logistics.

The event serves as a central forum for RV industry professionals to engage with federal policymakers on Capitol Hill. Participants meet with members of Congress and administration officials to discuss policy priorities, business impacts, and issues affecting the sector.

In addition to advocacy efforts, the week includes a series of committee meetings attended by association members. These sessions cover topics such as marketing, membership, advocacy, foreign affairs, and standards.

Outcomes from these discussions contribute to shaping the strategic direction of association programs and broader industry initiatives.

The event also functions as a planning platform, where attendees collaborate on defining long-term growth strategies and addressing emerging challenges within the RV market.

Sponsorship opportunities are structured to accommodate a range of budgets, providing access to companies across manufacturing, supply, dealership, and campground segments.
