Seven Operational Tools for Glamping Businesses to Be Featured in AGA Session

The American Glamping Association (AGA) will host a Lunch & Learn webinar on May 6 focused on operational tools for glamping businesses, with participation from reservation software provider ResNexus.

Scheduled for 11 a.m. Mountain Standard Time, the session will outline seven tools aimed at supporting day-to-day operations and guest management for glamping operators, according to event details released by the association.

The webinar will address technology systems commonly used in the sector, including reservation management platforms, channel managers, marketing tools, and guest feedback systems.

The session is designed to highlight how these tools can streamline operations and support business performance.

The event comes as glamping operators increasingly rely on integrated technology systems to manage bookings, distribution channels, and customer engagement across multiple platforms.

“Join ResNexus and the AGA as we break down must-know tools for your business to stay competitive. From reservation management and channel managers to marketing and guest feedback, these essential tools will save you time and money while simplifying your day-to-day operations,” the announcement indicates.

The webinar is part of its ongoing education initiatives for industry stakeholders, including operators, developers, investors, and suppliers.

The AGA serves as a resource for operators, developers, investors, and suppliers.

The organization provides access to industry insights, strategic support, and a network of professionals aimed at strengthening business operations and collaboration across the sector.

The association offers guidance on startup development, financing, regulations, and market trends to help members navigate the evolving outdoor hospitality landscape. It focuses on advancing industry standards, supporting sustainable growth, and fostering innovation and collaboration within experiential travel.
