The National RV Dealers Association (RVDA) has launched its 2026 Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey, giving U.S. and Canadian RV dealers an opportunity to evaluate manufacturers and brands based on key areas affecting dealer operations and customer service.
Dealers have until Sept. 9 to complete the confidential survey, which measures satisfaction with manufacturers in four core categories: reliability and quality, parts support, warranty support, and sales support.
The survey is designed to provide feedback on dealer-manufacturer relationships as the RV industry works to improve the customer experience associated with RV travel, according to RVDA.
“The DSI is a confidential survey measuring dealers’ level of satisfaction with their manufacturers in areas of vital interest to dealers,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.
“It is more important than ever for dealers to provide feedback to manufacturers through the DSI survey as the industry works to improve the overall customer experience with RV travel,” Ingrassia added.
The 2026 DSI survey marks the 32nd year RVDA has conducted the annual evaluation. The association said the survey is one of the tools it uses to help improve relationships between RV dealers and manufacturers.
Through the DSI, dealers rate the brands and manufacturers whose products they sell, providing feedback on areas that directly affect dealership operations, including product reliability, access to replacement parts, warranty processes and manufacturer sales support.
RVDA represents RV retailers across the United States, with members including RV dealers, RV rental operators, and RV aftermarket sales and service locations.
RVDA of Canada is a national, volunteer federation of provincial and regional RVDA associations focused on protecting and promoting the interests of RV dealers across Canada.
