Dwell RV Resort & Casita Cabins has opened its doors to guests in Topock, Arizona, beginning operations ahead of its planned summer 2026 grand opening with an initial inventory of 37 RV sites and four Casita Cabins now available for reservations.
The new RV resort and glamping destination is located about three minutes from the Colorado River and is positioned as a base for visitors exploring the Lake Havasu region.
The property offers direct access to off-highway vehicle trails leading into the Mojave Desert while also overlooking the Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, providing opportunities for boating, fishing, hiking, bird watching and other outdoor recreation.
According to the company, the resort is being developed in phases and will ultimately include 164 full-hookup RV sites and 20 Casita Cabins designed to accommodate both short-term travelers and extended-stay guests.
The early opening allows visitors to begin using a portion of the property before the full build-out and official grand opening event planned for summer 2026.

“Our vision was to create a peaceful, family-friendly desert retreat that’s close enough to Lake Havasu and OHV trails for daytime excitement, yet tucked away so guests can relax and reset. Whether you’re spending a day on the water, off-roading through the desert or simply unwinding in comfort and connecting with nature, Dwell is the perfect place to slow down, recharge and make lasting memories any time of year,” Main added.
Once completed, the resort will feature a range of guest amenities, including a resort-style pool and hot tub, private bathhouse facilities, a fitness center, clubhouse, pickleball court, shuffleboard, pet park, outdoor barbecue areas, fire pits, cabanas and communal gathering spaces.
Premium RV sites will also include private shade structures, built-in gas grills, gas fire pits and mini refrigerators.
The property will also offer RV and boat storage with 20 enclosed storage units and 145 covered storage spaces for guests seeking long-term vehicle storage.
Dwell RV Resort & Casita Cabins is located at 14215 South Oatman Highway in Topock.
