RVs Move America Week to Feature Annual Meeting, Advocacy Events, and New Speaker Announcement

Registration is open for RVs Move America Week, an industry-focused gathering in Washington, D.C. that will bring together stakeholders to highlight the recreational vehicle sector’s impact on the United States economy and engage with federal policymakers.

The event centers on direct engagement between industry representatives and government officials, with participants expected to meet policymakers on Capitol Hill as part of a coordinated advocacy effort.

The program is positioned to address policy priorities affecting manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, and campground operators.

The schedule includes two days of committee meetings involving industry volunteers who will contribute to discussions shaping the strategic direction and long-term growth of the RV sector.

Attendees will also receive updates from association leadership on current industry conditions, alongside perspectives from political speakers on administration priorities.

A key component of the week is Advocacy Day, during which participants will meet with federal lawmakers to build relationships and discuss policy issues relevant to the industry.

Maintaining a visible presence in Washington is a central objective as the sector seeks to influence legislative and regulatory outcomes.

Event organizers also announced that Robert Costa, a national correspondent for CBS News and chief Washington analyst, will join the speaker lineup.

Costa, who previously reported for The Washington Post and moderated PBS’s Washington Week, is also co-author of the book Peril. His session is expected to provide analysis of current political dynamics and policymaking in Washington.

In addition, RVIA will hold its annual meeting during the event on June 1. The meeting will serve as the primary membership-wide gathering for the association, which represents more than 450 manufacturers and suppliers responsible for producing 98% of all recreational vehicles in the United States.

According to the announcement, the annual meeting will include an update on association programs from President Craig Kirby and a financial report from Treasurer Jeff Rodino, providing members with insight into organizational priorities and performance.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available across multiple event elements, including networking receptions and digital tools, offering companies exposure to executives across key segments of the RV industry.
