RVDA of Canada Announces BOGO Registration Incentive for 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo

The Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association of Canada (RVDA of Canada) has introduced a buy one, get one (BOGO) registration incentive for Canadian dealerships attending the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, offering a post-event rebate designed to reduce the cost of sending multiple employees to the annual industry event.

The convention will be held Nov. 9-13 at the Paris Las Vegas.

Under the program, Canadian dealerships that register two delegates from the same rooftop location before the Aug. 31 early-bird deadline will receive a US$799 rebate for every second registrant after the convention.

According to RVDA of Canada, the incentive effectively reduces the per-delegate registration fee by 50% for qualifying participants.

Eleonore Hamm, president of RVDA of Canada, said the initiative is intended to help dealerships provide broader staff training while managing costs.

“Sending a leadership team to a national convention requires careful planning, but covering every track—from Fixed Ops to Sales—is where dealerships see the highest return on investment,” Hamm said.

“By offering the BOGO rebate, our goal is to help dealer principals get full multi-departmental coverage on the convention floor without stretching their training budgets,” Hamm added.

The annual convention features educational programming and networking opportunities focused exclusively on RV dealership operations across North America. The agenda is structured to address business challenges affecting multiple dealership departments.

Programming on Monday and Tuesday will focus on executive leadership and strategy, including economic forecasting, succession planning, brand building and consumer trends. Wednesday’s schedule includes fixed operations workshops covering Repair Event Cycle Time reduction, warranty administration, parts management and the RVDA of Canada Annual Meeting.

Thursday’s agenda centers on sales, finance and insurance, and technology, with sessions on buyer psychology, lead conversion, closing techniques and Vendor Training +Plus workshops.

The expo floor will be open Wednesday and Thursday, providing attendees with access to manufacturers, software developers and aftermarket suppliers from across North America.

Shane Devenish, president of the Canadian Recreational Vehicle Association, said the organization supports the initiative.

“The RVDA Convention offers Canadian dealers access to industry-leading education, practical business insights, and a chance to network with experts and peers across North America,” Devenish said.

“CRVA is proud to partner with RVDA of Canada on this Buy One, Get One offer, and we encourage Canadian dealers to take advantage of this opportunity.”
