The National RV Dealers Association (RVDA) and Protective Asset Protection will hold a 30-minute webinar for RV dealers on Wednesday, July 24 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern.
The webinar will focus on critical steps for dealers to properly market and position F&I products as an integral part of the customer experience when buying an RV.
During the webinar, participants will discuss educating the sales team on the benefits and features of F&I products and how they add long-term value to the customer’s RV experience. They will also cover personalizing F&I products to specific customer needs and using testimonials from past customers to illustrate their benefits.
Additionally, creating transparency regarding the costs, benefits, and limitations of F&I products to build customer trust will be addressed, along with delivering after-sales support, including easy access to service, quick claims processing, and regular follow-up to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said the webinar would provide essential insights for RV dealers and their teams aiming to boost F&I penetration and enhance customer satisfaction.
