RVDA 2026 Convention to Feature Rental Track, Vendor Training, and Expo Hall Exhibits

The Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) will host its 2026 Convention and Expo November 9-13 at Paris Las Vegas, bringing together dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and industry professionals for education, networking, and business development.

The annual event is designed to provide RV dealership operators with actionable insights to enhance sales, service, marketing, finance, and overall management.

“The RVDA Convention/Expo is the premier annual event designed to help you connect, learn, and grow. Join dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and industry partners for an unparalleled experience,” the event’s website indicates.

Participants can access workshops, presentations, and vendor-led sessions covering operational best practices and emerging trends in the RV industry.

A dedicated RV rental track, developed in partnership with MBA Insurance, will focus on strategies to maximize rental return on investment, offering specialized guidance for dealerships seeking to expand or optimize rental operations.

Attendees will also have access to the Expo Hall, featuring products, technologies, and services from leading manufacturers and suppliers.

Vendor-led workshops, referred to as Vendor Training +Plus, will offer practical knowledge on the latest equipment and service solutions aimed at improving dealership efficiency and profitability.

The event also includes presentations and discussions on current industry trends, challenges, and regulatory developments, providing dealers with insights to inform strategic decisions.

Networking opportunities will allow participants to connect with peers, potential business partners, and service providers.

Key deadlines for the 2026 convention include a call for speaker proposals opening in late February and closing April 18.

Exhibitor applications will be accepted beginning in late March, while dealer registration opens in April 2026. Workshop details are scheduled to be announced in May and June.

The convention targets RV dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, and other industry professionals, offering opportunities to discover new products, expand business relationships, and gain insights into operational improvements.
