Go RVing Influencer Program Reaches 17.7 Million Consumers in 2026

Go RVing’s 2026 influencer program has reached 17.7 million consumers through 347 pieces of content as the initiative continues using creator-led road trips to introduce RV travel to audiences that may not currently own an RV.

According to a New and Insights report of RVIA, fifteen influencers have taken RV road trips this year, with several additional trips planned through the end of 2026. The content has generated 203,653 engagements across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Substack and Facebook.

The program is focused on reaching non-RVers through creators whose audiences are interested in outdoor adventure, family travel, pet travel and active retirement lifestyles. The strategy positions RV travel within activities and interests those audiences already follow rather than focusing solely on people familiar with the RV lifestyle.

The year-long program is continuing to build a library of real-world creator stories showing different ways RV travel can be incorporated into travel and outdoor recreation.

Recent content includes posts from creators Kate Mitchell, Sydney Sky, Catie Keogh and Rachel Harris.

Mitchell documented a girls’ trip, while Sky shared content centered on traveling together in the Pacific Northwest. Keogh addressed perceptions about RV travel with content titled “I thought RV travel meant roughing it,” and Harris documented an RV honeymoon getaway.

The program also included an RVing honeymoon across the Pacific Northwest, adding another type of travel experience to the creator content.

The influencer initiative is designed to extend the RV industry’s reach through creators and communities that already have established audiences around specific lifestyles and travel interests.

Go RVing’s strategy emphasizes showing how RV travel can align with those interests rather than directly telling consumers why they should RV.

Go RVing is also encouraging RV Industry Association (RVIA) members to engage with the influencer content by liking, commenting on and sharing posts.
