The Ohio Campground Owners Association (OCOA) has set an Oct. 9 deadline for sponsorship registrations for its annual Fall Conference and Campground Tour, scheduled for Oct. 27-28 in Millersburg, Ohio.
The event is expected to draw approximately 80-100 campground owners, giving sponsors an opportunity to reach operators attending the two-day conference.
OCOA said the event will not include vendors or a trade show.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies seeking to participate in the conference, with registration closing Oct. 9. The association has provided a sponsorship registration form and information outlining available opportunities.
The annual conference and campground tour is scheduled to take place at the Inn at Honey Run. OCOA described the event as an opportunity for sponsors to connect with the campground owners expected to attend.
The association also announced that its Spring Trade Show is scheduled for March 5-6, 2027, at the Embassy Suites Columbus Airport. Vendor registration information for that event will be released at a later date.
The Fall Conference and Campground Tour is one of two OCOA events highlighted in the association’s current announcements, with the fall event focused on campground owners and sponsorship participation rather than a traditional vendor or trade show format.
OCOA supports the success of privately owned campgrounds in Ohio through legislative advocacy, marketing support, industry information and other resources. Its efforts are designed to help campground owners manage their businesses and address the challenges of operating private campgrounds.
OCOA provides members with access to industry resources, statewide marketing opportunities, exclusive discounts and connections with other campground operators. The association also gives members a voice on industry issues and access to a network of peers, serving campground owners at different stages of their businesses.
