The first-ever Margaritaville Resort Village is heading to northeastern Pennsylvania and will offer an island getaway in the Poconos.
According to its website, the Margaritaville Resort Village Pocono Mountains, the first of its kind, brings an entirely new state of mind to a timeless family destination.
Guests will have many options, including a Margaritaville Hotel, Camp Margaritaville RV Resort, Tiny Homes Bungalows, and a fabulous winter experience.
Construction on the project is anticipated to begin in 2023, with an expected opening date of mid-2024.
A press release from Margaritaville said that the hotel would pay homage to the original Pocono Manor, built in 1902, devastated by a fire in November 2019.
Camp Margaritaville aims to become a luxury camping and entertainment destination featuring RV and Super Premium RV sites, cabins, a Margaritaville retail store, the Fins Up Fitness Center, and a Cheeseburger in Paradise Restaurant, a Fin City Game Room, and a 5 o’Clock Somewhere Swim-Up Bar.
The RV resort will also feature pickleball courts, a Parakeets Kids Club, and a Barkaritaville Dog Park.
