Recently, Colorado-based NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers closed on four park transactions across Colorado, Texas, and North Carolina for a combined total of over $46 million, as per a report.
The parks include the two-park Oasis RV Resorts portfolio in Durango, Colorado and Amarillo, Texas acquired by Robers Resorts.
NAI also helped with the transaction of City Street Residential Partners in acquiring Tropical Trails RV Resort in Brownsville, Texas, as well as the Requity Group with its Cabin Creek Campground in Jacksonville, North Carolina transaction.
The three transactions were brokered by NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers’ Bob Kaplan, Jesse Pine, and Sean Wood, accordingly.
According to the report, the recreation facilities total 656 camping units and certain parks offer the ability to expand within the parks.
NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers specializes in acquiring and selling RV parks, campgrounds, and glamping resorts for investors across the United States.
The group joined NAI Global in January 2022 and is affiliated with the National Association of Recreational Parks & Campgrounds, the American Glamping Association, the Colorado Campground & Lodging Association, and the Texas Association of Campground Owners.
