Kaliber Management, an operator in the manufactured home community sector, has appointed Brent Dudley as its new president, marking a significant step in the company’s strategic growth.
The Daphne, Alabama-based company manages more than 2,000 units across the southeastern United States, including a portfolio that extends to campground and RV destination resorts. Dudley’s leadership aims to bolster Kaliber’s vertically integrated business model, which encompasses in-house construction, community development, and a manufactured home retail division.
The appointment aligns with Kaliber’s ongoing efforts to scale its operations and enhance its offerings in affordable housing and community development. According to a press release, Co-Founder and CEO Bryce McMurry will continue to oversee the company’s management operations, working alongside Dudley to advance Kaliber’s mission.
Dudley brings extensive experience in real estate and strategic business development, with a career spanning various sectors including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial structuring.
“We are proud to welcome Brent to the Kaliber team,” said Lloyd Osafo, co-founder and executive chairman. “His extensive experience in driving strategic growth within residential housing markets, combined with his proven track record of developing real estate industry businesses, uniquely positions him to lead Kaliber initiatives in manufactured housing and RV/campground management and development.”
Under Dudley’s leadership, Kaliber aims to optimize its property management services and expand its technology platforms to better serve its residents and guests. The company’s approach integrates construction and retail operations, enabling it to manage communities from development to long-term maintenance.
