RV Dealers Convention/Expo Session to Address Recruiting and Hiring Top Performers

The 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will feature a session focused on helping RV dealerships improve recruiting, hiring and employee development strategies as dealers continue to face challenges attracting and retaining high-performing employees.

Jamison Carrier, founder of TeamNavX, will present “Building a Championship Team: How Leading Dealerships Attract Top Performers” from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, as part of the Dealer/GM track of sessions.

The session will provide dealership leaders with recruiting strategies, interview tools and workforce development approaches designed to help identify and develop employees who contribute to long-term dealership performance.

Carrier will discuss why top performers often do not apply for open positions and how dealerships can take a more proactive approach to recruiting candidates.

The session will also cover interview methods designed to help managers identify performance patterns and distinguish between average candidates and top performers.

Additional topics will include creating MAPs, which provide role clarity and support hiring decisions and onboarding, as well as strategies for building dealership cultures focused on attracting, retaining and developing employees.

According to the event announcement, Carrier will provide attendees with a take-home workbook and an action plan to strengthen dealership talent pipelines and recruiting efforts.

The RV Dealers Convention/Expo is scheduled for Nov. 9-13, at Paris Las Vegas. The event is sponsored by RVDA of the U.S., RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.

The convention will bring together dealership personnel from across North America for education, networking and access to industry suppliers through the Expo. The event will provide resources covering multiple dealership operations, including sales and fixed operations.

The Dealer/GM track session is part of a broader education program aimed at addressing current dealership challenges and providing tools for business operations.

The RV Dealers Convention/Expo also includes partnership, sponsorship, exhibiting and Vendor Training +Plus opportunities for companies seeking participation in the event.
