Genesis Products has introduced EverCore, a new composite countertop platform designed for recreational vehicle manufacturers seeking an alternative to traditional laminate and solid surface materials.
The new EverCore countertop line is engineered specifically for RV applications and is intended to provide manufacturers with a combination of residential-style aesthetics, durability, lightweight construction and manufacturing flexibility.
According to Genesis Products, the product was developed to help original equipment manufacturers enhance interior designs while managing production efficiency and costs.
EverCore features an “ultra-compressed composite core” that creates a waterproof, non-porous surface designed to resist stains, impacts, scratches and everyday wear.
The company said the material eliminates the need for additional backing materials that are commonly required with traditional substrates, reducing manufacturing complexity while improving long-term performance.
The countertops are available in Genesis Products’ UltraFoil HPL finishes, including stone-inspired patterns, woodgrain designs and matte surface options intended to align with residential interior trends.
According to a press release, Kam Betzer, product manager at Genesis Products, said the company developed the product to address several priorities among RV manufacturers.
“EverCore gives manufacturers a premium-looking countertop solution that performs at a level well beyond current substrates, while also improving manufacturing flexibility. OEMs are looking for materials that balance aesthetics, durability, sustainability and cost efficiency. EverCore was developed specifically to meet those expectations,” Betzer said.
Genesis Products said EverCore panels can be cut, drilled and machined using standard woodworking equipment.
The material is also suitable for undermount countertop applications, providing manufacturers with additional design options.
The company is offering EverCore in thicknesses ranging from one-quarter inch to 1 inch. Slab sizes are available up to 60 inches by 144 inches, which Genesis said allows for improved yield optimization and greater design flexibility compared with many traditional solid surface alternatives.
With the launch of EverCore, Genesis Products has expanded its countertop portfolio to include composite, pressed laminate and solid surface options.
Genesis Products, founded in 2002, supplies laminated panels and wood components to multiple industries, including recreational vehicles, furniture, transportation, office and education, store fixtures, and cabinet and storage manufacturing.
