Garmin Reports Record Consolidated Revenue, Citing Remarkable 2025 Growth

Garmin, a technology company that provides GPS navigation and wearable devices across automotive, aviation, marine, outdoor, and fitness markets, posted record revenue and profit for both the fourth quarter and full year of fiscal 2025, the company announced February 18.

The company also proposed a 17% dividend increase and unveiled a new $500 million share repurchase program.

For the fourth quarter ended December 27, 2025, Garmin reported consolidated revenue of $2.12 billion, up 17% from the prior-year period.

Operating income rose 19% to $614 million, while operating margin expanded to 28.9%, compared with 28.3% in the same quarter a year earlier. GAAP earnings per share were $2.73, and pro forma EPS reached $2.79, marking 16% growth over the prior-year quarter.

Fiscal year 2025 revenue totaled $7.25 billion, a 15% increase from 2024, with all five of Garmin’s segments posting record annual revenue. Gross margin remained consistent at 58.7%, and operating margin improved to 25.9% from 25.3%.

Operating income rose 18% to $1.88 billion. GAAP EPS was $8.59, and pro forma EPS hit a record $8.56, representing 16% growth from the previous year.

According to a press release, Cliff Pemble, president and chief executive officer, said, “2025 was another year of remarkable growth and achievement for Garmin with record consolidated revenue, record revenue in all five of our segments, and record consolidated operating income.”

“We attribute this strong performance to our strategic focus on market diversification and creating superior products that are essential to our customers’ lives. Looking forward, we anticipate building on this momentum with many exciting new product launches throughout the year,” Pemble added.

Garmin highlighted several product developments during the fourth quarter. In the outdoor segment, revenue remained flat compared with the prior-year quarter, reflecting strong product launches in 2024.

Gross and operating margins were 66% and 37% respectively, generating $234 million in operating income. New products included the Garmin DriveTrack 72, a multifunction GPS navigator for tracking up to 20 dogs, and the inReach Mini 3 Plus satellite communicator with voice, text, and photo-sharing capabilities.
